Delicious Dishes for 2014…
With our first hotels opening in just a few weeks time, our chefs are busy planning the menus for the coming season.
Our restaurants at the Likya Residence & Spa, Likya Pavilion, Asfiya Hotel, Oasis Hotel, the new Asfiya Sea View Hotel and our Kas Peninsula Hotel, will all be open to guests and non-residents this season, providing some fabulous dining locations.
Our talented chefs are now busy putting together their menu ideas for the summer, and sourcing the freshest local produce such as fruit and vegetables from the mountain villages, carefully bred lamb, beef and chicken, and delicious fresh fish.
As a taster, we’ve tried an amazing stuffed calamari, a beautifully presented pear dessert, and a wonderfully flavoursome roast lamb dish. If the rest of their menus are anything like the dishes we’ve tested our guests will be in for a treat this summer!
